The Town of Highland Beach has been made aware of fraudulent emails being sent to Planning Board applicants. These scam messages may include fake invoices and requests for wire transfer payments.
Please note that the Town of Highland Beach will never request payment via wire transfer for any services, permits, or applications.
We urge you to exercise caution when reviewing emails that appear to come from the Town.
If you receive any suspicious messages claiming to be from Planning and Zoning, do not respond or send payment.
Instead, contact the Building Department directly at 561-278-4540 to verify the communication.
