Dune Viewing Hosting Event - Penthouse Towers

Penthouse Towers has extended an invite to Highland Beach oceanfront residents to come to their building on Wednesday, October 25th at 9:00 a.m. for a Breakfast Meeting (coffee and bagels) to view their rejuvenated beach dunes. Lee Gottlieb of “Adopt A Dune” and Elaine Prentice, Property Manager of Penthouse Towers, will give an overview of what is required to remove dune exotics and allow the dunes to return to their natural habitat for very little money.

If you would like to attend, please email officepenthouse@comcast.net with your name and address or condominium building name. Please note, the event is limited to 50 people as parking is limited. Carpooling is recommended.

Hurricane Preparedness

If you have not done so already, please download a copy of the Town's Hurricane Preparation Manual and register for CodeRED through the Town’s website or by visiting Town Hall or the Police Department to receive emergency communications from the Town. Remember - HAVE A PLAN & BE PREPARED!
