September 11^th Memorial at Town Fire Station

Patriot Day, observed on September 11^th, is a solemn occasion to honor the memory of the nearly 3,000 lives lost during the terrorist attacks on September 11^th, 2001. Highland Beach Fire Rescue, in collaboration with the Highland Beach Police Department, invites residents to join them on the morning of the 11^th at 8:15 AM and participate in a moment of silence and memorial where they will pay tribute to the victims, heroes, and their families.

Sharing Your History of Highland Beach

Calling all Highland Beach historians! As part of the Town's 75^th Anniversary Holiday Celebration, the Library will be showcasing a "History of Highland Beach" exhibit this holiday season. No one knows this Town better than you, our residents, which is why we need your help in telling our history! If you have any historical items such as news articles, photographs, or any other Highland Beach memorabilia that you would like to share, please reach out to Library Director Lois Albertson at lalbertson@highlandbeach.us or 561-278-5455.

Post Office Now Closed

Please be advised that the Highland Beach Community Post Office has officially closed. This decision came as a result of the United States Postal Service (USPS) discontinuing the acceptance of credit card transactions and placing strict parameters on money collection and reporting for cash transactions.
