No Swimming Advisory: 

Spanish River Beach

The Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County has issued an advisory for Spanish River Beach in Boca Raton after recent water sampling detected elevated bacteria levels. 

As a precaution, a “no swimming” advisory is in effect to protect the health and safety of residents and visitors.  South Inlet Beach park areas will remain open for people who wish to stay on the sand.

We will continue to monitor water quality and provide updates once conditions return to safe levels for swimming, hopefully within the next 24 to 48 hours.
