Single-Family Residences
Yard waste collection will be provided on Monday only between 7 am and 5 pm. Town ordinance requires anyone paid a fee to do lawn maintenance, landscaping tree trimming or removal must remove this material from the Town the same day. All small loose vegetative materials such as grass, leaves, hedge cuttings, pine needles, palm seeds, etc. must be containerized in bags or cans for collection. All material must be cut to less than 6 feet in length and be less than 50 pounds per item. Piles larger than 6 cubic yards may be collected by a special truck.
Please do not mix any non-vegetative waste with yard waste.
Multi-Family Residences
Yard Waste Collection is not included in your service. If you require such service, a special service request must be placed with the Finance Department. A fee and schedule will be prepared for the service. A special once a year collection of real Christmas trees will be provided on the first Monday following January 1st. Trees must be piled in the same location as dumpsters for collection. Collection hours will be from 7 am to 5 pm.
