Municipal Lien Searches

The Town Clerk's Office verifies information on:

• Unpaid Utility Balances
• Meter Types
• Liens and Code Violation
• Open Permits

Information to be included with each request:

• Property Control Number (PCN) as listed in the records of Palm Beach County, Florida. 
• Address of property to be searched.
• Property owner's name.
• Name, email address, and phone number of person or firm requesting the lien search. 

Mail or Deliver the Request to:

•  Town of Highland Beach
  c/o Town Clerk's Office
  3614 South Ocean Boulevard
  Highland Beach, FL 33487

Cost:

• $150.00 per Property Control Number (PCN).
• Checks should be made out to the Town of Highland Beach.  

Process Time:

• 5 - 7 Business Days.
• Searches submitted after 4:30 PM will  begin to process the following business day.
• We do not offer expedited services.
