Town Manager's Office

The Town of Highland Beach is governed by a Commission-Manager form of government. This means that the elected officials appoint a Town Manager, who is responsible for the administration of all the affairs of the Town. The Town Commission develops policies and the Town Manager is responsible for implementing them.
